AAmerican Radon Solution LLC provides radon testing, mitigation and system repair for homes and commercial properties across Colorado Springs and El Paso County. The work starts with a flat-rate radon test that gives you an actual number, and where that number sits at or above the EPA's 4.0 pCi/L action level, continues with a mitigation system designed around your foundation.

Radon work is performed by Gheorghe Marc, certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program as both a Radon Measurement Professional (NRPP 116099-RMP) and a Radon Mitigation Specialist (NRPP 116070-RMS). Colorado has required radon professionals to be licensed since 1 July 2022; the licences here are RME.0000760 for measurement and RMT.0000360 for mitigation, and all four numbers can be checked on the public NRPP listing.

Measurement uses SunRadon 1028-XP/XP family of continuous radon monitors. Related work — crawl space sealing and insulation, sump pump and drainage systems — is handled by the same technician rather than subcontracted out.
