It is a system that has not been activated yet, and activating it is usually inexpensive because the hard part is already installed.

Much of the Falcon and Peyton area is on private wells rather than municipal water. Radon dissolved in well water is released into the air whenever water is agitated — showers, dishwashers, laundry.
